RAFTRx Roofing + Exteriors Names Kimberly Grant as Chief Human Resources Officer

In her new role at RAFTRx, Grant will oversee all human resource functions and play a key part in scaling the company’s people operations to support its rapid national expansion. Known for her deep emotional intelligence, strategic vision, and ability to align people with performance, Grant will focus on building a high-performing HR team and creating career growth opportunities across the organization.

Her most recent roles include serving as the Senior Vice President of People at SnapCare and the Senior Director of HR & Talent Management at Jackson Healthcare. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
